19. Ernest Tait

Ernest Tait was a robber at his very core... even if he wasn't very good at getting away with it. He's one of the few criminal dudes in history who made the FBI's Most Wanted Fugitives list twice in his lifetime! More horrifyingly, though, he was a really really bad friend.
